This intimate writing workshop explores a deeply personal healing component based on the facilitator's own experience with sickness, using writing as a vital tool to return to herself. The concept taps into the raw friction between the internal power one feels as a creator and the physical vulnerability that comes with illness. Participants will craft a short fictional story where they are superheroes living with a major disability. They will navigate a narrative where they must save the world even while needing assistance with basic, everyday tasks.
