“In stillness we do not lose time — we discover it.” Stillness allows us to reconnect with our attention, our creativity and our humanity. We live in a world of constant stimulation= social media notifications, fast information cycles, multitasking culture, pressure to always be productive. This results in fragmented attention, increased stress levels and declining creativity. In this workshop, Manu Ndlovu draws from her own experiences going from frenetic to fulfilled- to teach how to restore focus, balance, and emotional control through stillness. She will show how stillness can lead to improved concentration, reduced stress and anxiety, deeper imagination, better decision making, greater emotional regulation and clearer thinking.
